4 Months: The baby starts to make sounds while looking at themselves and smiles randomly throughout the day. At this stage they become louder while laughing and plays with others and reacts when it ends.
6 Months: The baby can tell familiar and unfamiliar faces apart. Can act like others' emotions while happy.
9-12 Months: At this stage they do not want to leave their caregivers side and acts shy around others. Turning their head when their name is being called. Can learn and play peek a book and shows emotions when their caregiver walks away from them.
